LATE ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED
Our sessions start with intention and we want to respect those who come, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances with no exceptions.
Please be on your mat at the time class starts. You will be admitted into the studio no earlier than 5 minutes before class, and must leave within 10 minutes after it ends.
TURN OFF TO TURN UP
No electronics are allowed in the studio room.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the class start time in order to return the credit to your account with no penalty.
Late cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will be assessed a $10 charge to your card.
NO-SHOW POLICY
If you do not show up to the class and don't cancel, your class credit will be considered used and deducted from your account.
All-access members with unlimited credits will automatically be charged a $20 no-show penalty to your card on file.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TRANSFERS
We do NOT offer refunds or extensions on any class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, or merchandise.
All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.
MEMBERSHIPS
Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. All studio memberships have a 3-month minimum commitment. To cancel your membership or skip a month, you must email us at least 7 days before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase.
