If I had a dollar for every time I heard this! Being the least flexible person in the entire world is the best reason to try a class at The Rich Experience! If flexibility is what you seek it will come with time. You don’t have to be flexible to try your first class.

First things first, Wear something you love, athletically accentuates your body and is easy to move in. Make sure it’s selfie approved because the better you look, the better you feel and the more you can pour into yourself. 

The Rich Experience classes are roughly 45 minutes long. Weekend classes are 60 minutes long. Always double check the schedule to see what works for you!

But unfortunately, we can't let latecomers in once class has started. Every class starts and ends on time to help provide give you the experience you deserve. 

Yoga builds strength and flexibility. It brings awareness to our breath, which ultimately helps to relax and calm the body and mind. People who practice regularly often notice that they are happier, have better focus, and are more able to handle the stresses of everyday life.

Pilates focuses on strengthening and stretching every muscle group, emphasizing proper alignment and controlled movements. Pilates can help you develop a strong core, improve flexibility, and reduce your risk of injury.

There are no phone allowed in the studio once class has begun. We always like to encourage guests to disconnect while in the space.
